Accessibility statement
The BlueGenji Esport association wants everyone to be able to register, follow a tournament and report a score, however they browse. To our knowledge, the association is not subject to the accessibility obligation (Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 — loi n° 2005-102 du 11 février 2005): this statement is published voluntarily, and says what we know — including what is not right yet.

Compliance status
The BlueGenji Esport site is non-compliant with RGAA 4.1.2 (WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria), the French accessibility standard (référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité).
No complete audit against the standard has been carried out yet: without one, the RGAA method classifies the site as “non-compliant”, whatever work has been done. The known limitations are listed below, each with what allows you to work around it today.

No complete journey has yet been carried out with NVDA or VoiceOver (logging in, registering a team, reporting a score): defects that no automated tool detects may remain.

The bylaws (PDF), the membership form (DOCX) and the internal rules (Google Docs) are published without any accessibility check of the document.

Help available on every page
The button on the left edge of every page (bottom left on a phone) opens the accessibility menu. Its settings are off by default and saved in your browser:
- Higher contrast — Lighter secondary text, stronger borders and separators, readable placeholder text.
- Highly visible focus — A thick ring around the element reached with the keyboard.
- Underlined links — All text links are underlined, not just colored.
- Simplified font — A single sans-serif font, with no forced capitals or letter spacing.
- Text spacing — More room between lines, words, letters and paragraphs.
- Reduce motion — Stops decorative animations and transitions, even if your system doesn't ask for it.
Every page also opens with a “Skip to content” link, reachable with the keyboard from the first press of the Tab key.
How this statement was drawn up
Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA.
Evaluation methods:
- Internal audit of September 24, 2026, axe tool and keyboard navigation
- Automated checks of the repository on every change (contrast, focus, landmarks, dialogs, accessible names)
Test environment: No test environment (browsers and versions) is documented for the internal audit, and no assistive technology was used (see “Screen reader journeys”).
Pages checked: No sample of pages within the meaning of the RGAA has been put together, as no complete audit has been carried out.
